The Security tab lets you update your Grid Getter account password.

To get there: Settings → Security

  1. Go to Settings → Security
  2. Click Change Password
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters)
  5. Confirm the new password
  6. Click Save

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your password is changed. If you didn’t request this change, contact support immediately.

From the login screen:

  1. Click Forgot password? below the login form
  2. Enter your account email address
  3. Check your inbox for a reset link
  4. Click the link and set a new password

Reset links expire after 24 hours.

  • Use a unique password you don’t use on other services
  • Avoid sharing your account credentials
  • Log out of Grid Getter on shared or public devices

Your Tesla credentials are separate from your Grid Getter credentials. Grid Getter never stores your Tesla password — it only holds an OAuth token you can revoke at any time. See Integrations for more.
