DemandGuard
Section titled “DemandGuard”DemandGuard is for customers whose utility bills include demand charges — a fee based on your peak power draw during a billing period. One demand spike can cost you for the entire month. DemandGuard prevents that.
Everything in Premium, plus:
- DemandGuard automations — real-time monitoring and automatic battery discharge during demand periods
- Demand decision log — a complete record of every DemandGuard action
- DemandGuard section on the Live Dashboard

Free trial
Section titled “Free trial”New paid subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You won’t be charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you’re not charged.
Subscription scope
Section titled “Subscription scope”Your subscription applies to your entire Grid Getter account. If you have multiple Tesla sites connected to one account, all sites benefit from your subscription tier.
